- '4 Summer Nights’ begins Wednesday! June 23rd and 30th / July 7th and 14th; 6:30 – 7:00 Desserts; 7:00 – 8:15 Bible Classes and Kids Program (preschool 3 through 5th grade - babysitting is also available)

- Baby Shower for Krista Hamvas: Tomorrow at 7 pm. She is expecting a boy and is registered at Babies R Us and Pottery Barn Kids.
- Baby Shower for Kelly Collins: Monday, June 28th at 7 pm. She is registered at Babies R Us. They’re waiting to be surprised by a little boy or girl.
- July 4th Party! (Sunday) Held from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Gallup Park across the street: 5:30 (free) Picnic; 8:00 Fireworks at Cornerstone Park!
- The baptism originally scheduled for today has been postponed until next Sunday, June 27th after the second service.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Parent helpers are needed for the children’s program during 4 Summer Nights. Contact Cory Rae Drost at 303-504-4203.
- Fingerprinting TODAY: If you are currently working with our youth programs (in any capacity) and do not have your fingerprints on file, please get this done as it is required. Meet Dave Smidt in the fireside area in between services.
- ESL: Conversation Club Wed from 11-12 pm (June/July): call Kathleen Howell (303-781-8634) for more information.
- Children’s clothes for Indonesia: Please donate your gently used toddler/young children’s clothing to send back with Pam (by July 18th). Put in collection box in the foyer.
- Lost & Found: Please come get your items by the East Auditorium entrance before they are gone forever!

I. Diligence: The main emphasis in Proverbs regarding work is diligence.
#1- The diligent worker works diligently.
#2- The diligent worker does excellent work.
#3- The diligent worker does honest work.
#4- The diligent worker isn’t a sluggard.
#5- The diligent worker doesn’t procrastinate.
#6- The diligent worker isn’t deceived about worthless pursuits.
#7- The diligent worker is has a balanced view of pleasure and work.
#8- The diligent worker tackles little jobs.
#9- The diligent worker works for the glory of God.
#10- The diligent employer keeps all this in mind.
