UPCOMING EVENTS:
- Baby Shower for Christina Scott: Monday, June 14th at 7pm (for her baby girl).
- Baby Shower for Krista Hamvas: Monday, June 21st at 7 pm. She is expecting a boy and is registered at Babies R Us and Pottery Barn Kids.
- Our next Baptism is scheduled for next Sunday, June 20th after the second service.

SERMON NOTES: “Anger” Proverbs Alex Strauch
I. SLOW TO ANGER
“Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty” (Prov. 16:32).
“Good sense makes one slow to anger” (Prov. 19:11).
“Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding” (Prov. 14:29).
“If the anger of the ruler rises against you, do not leave your place, for
calmness will lay great offenses to rest” (Eccl. 10:4).
“He who is slow to anger quiets contention” (Prov. 15:18).
II. CONTROL ANGER
“A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back”
(Prov. 29:11).
